However, occasionally it may be necessary to return an item.
If you are not happy with your purchase we will offer a full refund or replacement for goods ordered on this website.
Local Delivery Area
We use our own company vans and drivers within this area. You have a right to check an order for errors or visual damage when a delivery is made. You have a right to refuse delivery in this case. We will exchange any items and have it redelivered to you free of charge.
Carrier Service
For long distance deliveries and for circumstances when we use our carrier service as explained in our delivery page, a signature is required upon receipt of delivery. Please write 'UNCHECKED' together with your signature if you do not wish to inspect your items for any damage.
It is important you notify us via telephone, email or in person within 7 days of receipt in order for us to process a claim regarding damaged goods in transit or incorrect goods.
Other Circumstances
If you have changed your mind about an order, you can simply return an item under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) but please note it is necessary to notify us via telephone, email or in person within 10 days of receipt in this case. Any packaged items must be unopened and unused to qualify, a full refund or exchange will be offered free of charge in most cases.
