Titanium drill bits are high-speed steel drill bits (HSS) that have a titanium oxide coating. Titanium-coated HSS drill bits last much longer than standard high-speed steel bits.
Cobalt drill bits are designed to drill through very hard materials such as treated stainless steel, titanium and cast iron, but they aren't suitable for general purpose use.
Blacksmith drill bits are wide diameter bits with reduced shanks to enable them to fit in standard drill chucks.
