How does it work?

After placing your order for collection at Wentin Fasteners, here's how it will go:

After placing an order for collection, you will Recieve a confirmation of your order via email which will include the contents of your order and your order number.

You will then get an email letting you know that your items are ready and waiting for collection. If we have the items in stock, this should only take a few minutes.

When collecting, you must provide us with your order confirmation in order for us to dispatch the goods. If someone is collecting the goods on your behalf, let us know in advance if possible and give them a copy of the order confirmation.

When will my order be ready to collect?

Items that are in stock at the time of placing your order will be ready within minutes and you will be notified at that time. If the goods are being ordered in it will depend on our suppliers delivery times, but usually no longer that 2-3 working days.

What do I need to bring with me when collecting?

You will need a copy of your order confirmation and some photo ID.

Where do I need to go to collect?

After arriving at Wentin Fasteners, any member of staff will be able to assist you in your collection. Simply let a member of staff know that you are collecting and show a copy of your order confirmation.

When is the store open for collection?

You can collect your items any time during opening hours, Wentin Fasteners is open from 07.30 - 17.00 Monday to Friday and 08.30 - 12.00 Saturday.

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. Let us know before collection that someone is collecting on your behalf and ensure they will have a copy of your order confirmation when coming into store. Age restricted products must be collected by the person who placed the order.

How much does it cost to Click & Collect?

Click and Collect from Wentin Fasteners is free of charge. You will only be charged as much as the cost of your total order.

Special and restricted items

Age restricted items will only be available for collection, we will require a form of identification for these products and they can only be collected by the person placing the order.

Items such as our 3m Threaded bar will still be availale for collection, however, we might reccomend you park toward our warehouse to make transportation of goods easier.

If you are ordering bulk amounts of products, we would reccomend a similar strategy. Parking close to our warehouse will make it easier for you to collect your goods.
