THE IDEA

Kanban will allow you to increase workflow and productivity, while reducing waste both in products, and time. We want to do whatever we can to make your stock management easier for you.

Simply put, one of our dedicated team will consult with you about what goods you are getting through and would like to keep stocked up. After an initial consultation, leave the rest to us! We will organise the rest and arrange frequent visits and stock checks keeping you at an optimum level at all times.

We aim to keep your essentials fully stocked, while maintaining any other needs you might require with as little of your time taken as possible.

THE SET UP

After you have shown interest, we will get in contact with you for an initial consultation to iron out the fundamentals of your needs. During this discussion, we will delve into your business requirements, daily consumption patterns as well as any specialised requirements you might have.

1. What do you need? What kind of stock will you require? Understanding what you're using and what for, we can tailor our deliveries to your specifications. Once we know

2. How frequently would you like stock ups? We can arrange visits at a frequency that suits you. If you think you are likely to get through stock within three weeks, we can come and stock up every fortnight, for example.

3. How will it work from here? Now that we know what you need, and how often you need it, we can play the rest by ear. If you need more stock, we can arrange it. If you need one stock up a month instead of two, we can arrange it. Open communication here will allow us to create a seamless Kanban with you.
