We're excited to announce that we offer free delivery to our immediate surrounding area, making it easier than ever for you to access our premium products. Can't make it to our store? No worries! We extend our free delivery services to the BA20 and BA21 regions, ensuring that you can enjoy our offerings from the comfort of your home.
General Deliveries
For most of our customers, we offer deliveries of up to 15kg throughout the UK for a carriage charge of £4.50 plus VAT. For orders exceeding 15kg, a carriage charge of £6.95 applies, with an additional £1.50 per kg sent up to 50kg. For larger orders, we're happy to offer a tailored quote for your carriage requirements. Please note that this pricing also extends to deliveries to Ireland, hard-to-reach areas, and offshore destinations.
One your order has been dispatched for delivery your items will typically be with you for the following day, provided there are no issues for the courier.
Dispatch Times and Flexibility
We understand the importance of a speedy delivery, and that's why we endeavour to dispatch most items within 2-3 working days, depending on our available stock. If we have your items in stock and your order is placed earlier in the day, we may be able to have your items with you for the following day. While we don't deliver on public holidays and weekends, we offer a convenient solution with Saturday deliveries through our trusted courier service, available at an additional fee.
Communication for Your Peace of Mind
Should there ever be any delay in our delivery process due to supplier issues or for unusual items, we will promptly inform you, keeping you informed every step of the way. We have WhatsApp and a shop number, 01935 432744, if you want to check stock, check the status of your order or enquire about products with some experts. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our top priority.
Exceptions and Flexibility
While our above-mentioned service covers the majority of cases, we acknowledge that there might be occasional exceptions. In such rare instances, for very hard-to-reach areas within our local delivery range, we may use our reliable carrier service, ensuring that your order remains in capable hands.
At our independent shop, we reserve the right to change our carrier and carrier charges without notice, but we guarantee to present any additional expenses transparently on our site. All prices shown exclude VAT, and your trust in our commitment to providing top-tier products and services means the world to us.
Can I track my order?
Upon dispatch of your order, you will be provided with a 7 digit tracking number to keep tabs on your consignment. You will receive this number via email or text and use it to track your delivery from there.
Can you leave my order in a safe place?
We do not have the authority to allow a safe place, however, when you receive your tracking number you will be able to add a safe place/neighbour as a consignee.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your delivery, our couriers will attempt delivery the following working day. If needed, extra notes on delivery location can be passed to our couriers in order to ensure the location is not a problem. If a second delivery is attempted unsuccessfully, your item will be returned to the couriers depot and you will be given further instruction from there.
Is there a minimum spend for delivery?
No, there is no minimum spend for delivery. You will still be charged the standard £4.50 plus VAT for delivery as long as your order is under 15kg.
